SDA-RWA now has its own site, and its own set of caveats

sda-rwa.com is live. It describes SDA-RWA, the planned Phase 2 security token that would carry an economic interest in real renewable infrastructure. Planned is the operative word. No SDA-RWA token exists, none has been offered, and the structure depends on authorisation nobody has granted yet.

Why a separate site

SDA and SDA-RWA are different instruments with different rules, and describing both on one page invites people to blur them. SDA is a MiCA Title II utility token, live today, with no claim on profits. SDA-RWA is a security token in design, which would sit under an entirely different regime, with prospectus and authorisation requirements that a utility token does not face.

Keeping them on separate domains makes the boundary visible. If you are reading sda-rwa.com, you are reading about something that does not exist yet.

What the site actually claims

The site sets out the intended structure: assets generate revenue, revenue is recorded on-chain, and holders of the security token would share in it. It names target asset classes, solar, wind and storage, and sets out a three-phase roadmap in which Phase 1 is live, Phase 2 is structuring, and Phase 3 is operational.

It shows no live price, because there is nothing to price. It has no buy button, because there is nothing to buy.

What it means for SDA holders today

Nothing changes for anyone holding SDA. Phase 1 utility is what it has always been: platform access and non-financial governance. The published plan gives SDA holders priority access to acquire SDA-RWA if and when Phase 2 clears its regulatory conditions. Priority access is not an allocation, a guarantee or a right, and the conditions are not ours to grant.
